Christopher Bryant has a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1970) and has been Professor at the Universities of Waterloo (1070-1990) and Montréal (1990 to 2014) and is currently Adjunct Professor, School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, University of Guelph (1912 onwards), and he is also Adjunct Professor, Geography Department, University of Montreal (2014 onwards).

In his 15 years teaching, administrative and research duration, he has published 23 research papers in highly reputed UGC Approved International Journals. He has participated in 14 National and International Seminars and delivered over 18 lectures in the international and national conferences. He has been selected as Speaker keynote in 6 International Conference in material science 2017-2018 London, Dubai, & 2 USA, Italy, France, Sweden, South Korea. Sultana Nasrin Baby - has been a Senior GIS Officer at the City of Whittlesea in Melbourne Australia for the past 3 years. Prior to this role she worked at Bass coast Shire Council and Monash City Council. She is also completing a PhD at in the school of mathematical and Geospatial Sciences at RMIT University. She holds a double Master’s degree in GIS and remote sensing from Dhaka and Monash University. Her interests are geospatial science applications in water resources, exploring new spatial technologies and climate change modelling.

Psychologist and Environmental Consultant. He did doctoral studies in the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Psychological Treatment of the UNED. Chief of Brigade in a Forest Fire Service with more than 20 years of experience. He collaborates with several companies and institutions in the area of training in Psychology in Emergencies and Human Resources. He is Professor at the University of Valencia in the Master in "Intervention and operational coordination in emergencies and catastrophes" and other postgraduate courses on emergencies. Director and President of the International Scientific- Professional Committee of the National Symposium on Forest Fires (SINIF). He has lectured internationally and has been part of the Organizing Committee of several International Congresses on Earth Sciences and Climate Change. He is part of the Editorial Board of several international scientific journals. He has published articles on forest fires, stress, psychosocial risks and emotional trauma, mainly in relation to emergency services and natural disasters. Currently, he is assigned to the Research Group on "Climate and Territorial Planning" (University of Alicante), where he researches on the social perception of forest fire risk and behavior in the event of possible disasters.

Abbas Amini (Biography)
Dr Abbas Amini is the registered member of Western Sydney University graduate supervisory board at the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics, and the member of Work Health and Safety Committee of the same university, Penrith Campus. Before joining the Western Sydney University, he conducted research with other Australian universities and CSIRO, as a postdoctoral research fellow at Monash University and Deakin University, and as a senior research fellow at the University of Melbourne. His fine outcomes have been presented in high impact factor journals, e.g., Nature publication group, and a recent published book in 2016. Abbas started his teaching, industrial and scientific journey from obtaining an associate’s degree in mathematics, and BSc, MSc, and PhD (from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), all in mechanical engineering. Since then, he has updated himself with several Australian and Canadian nationally recognized professional certificates and diplomas, e.g., FULT (Foundations of University Learning and Teaching form Western Sydney University), TAE, WHS, CNC manufacturing etc. With his intense schedule, he has been extensively involved in teaching for many years in different sectors (including Western Sydney University), and worked in industry, e.g., Magna Powertrain, Toronto, Canada, as a manufacturing engineer and industrial designer. Dr Amini is a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), an editor of 14 journals, and a committee member of 14 international conferences to-date. Abbas is the member of Advisory Committee of the Int’l Conf. on Advances in Functional Materials, South Korea in 2016, where he has been recognized as a well-known name in advanced functional materials from Australia. In academic supervisory assignments, Abbas is supervising four PhD and two MSc graduate students, at present.
